These terms cover buying from Zaliana through this shop. Buying something here means accepting them.
Ordering
You do not need an account to buy. An order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we confirm the order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil an item we will tell you and refund it.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of the market this shop serves and include any tax that applies there unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken by our payment provider at the point of order. We do not receive or store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Where an order contains items that ship at different times, they may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own delivery charge shown at checkout.
Returns
Your right to return goods is set out on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Our liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
