This page lists what Zaliana stores in your browser, why, and what you can do about it. We use a small number of things and none of them follows you to other websites.
What we always store
Your bag and your wishlist. Kept on your own device so they survive closing the tab. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
Your language. One cookie remembering which of the languages this shop offers you chose, so you are not asked again on every page.
Your session, if you sign in. Two cookies holding the credential that keeps you signed in and renews it. They are set only when you sign in and are cleared when you sign out.
These are what makes the shop work. Without them a bag empties between pages and signing in does not stay signed in, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to switch off — we do not use them for anything else.
What we store only if you agree
Measurement. If you accept it, we record which pages and products are looked at and what is searched for, so we can tell which parts of the shop are working. It is tied to a short-lived identifier for the visit, not to you, and it is never used to build a profile or sold to anybody.
You are asked once, you can say no, and saying no leaves everything else working exactly as it did. You can change that answer at any time from the link in the footer of every page.
What we do not do
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not embed third-party trackers, and we do not share what you look at with anybody for their own purposes. Payment is handled by our payment provider on their own pages or in their own window; what they set there is covered by their policy, not this one.
Clearing them
Every browser can clear stored data and block it in future. Doing so empties your bag and signs you out, which is the only thing you lose. See our privacy notice for what we hold outside your browser and how to ask for it.
