This notice explains what Zaliana collects when you use this shop, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, contact details and what you bought. If you create an account we also keep your email address and a hashed password — never the password itself.
Your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
Why we hold it
To take payment, deliver what you ordered, handle returns, and meet the accounting and tax obligations that apply where this shop operates. We do not sell your personal data.
Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, which receives payment details directly and does not pass card numbers to us, and the carrier delivering your parcel.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use.
Cookies
This shop uses storage in your browser to remember your bag and wishlist between visits. Nothing is used to track you across other websites.
