Ours

The garments, the prints, the photography, the words on these pages, the Zaliana name and the marks that go with it belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You may look at them, share a link to them, and keep a copy for yourself. You may not copy them into another shop, use them to sell anything, or present them as your own work.

Yours

A review, a photograph you attach to one, or a message you send us stays yours. By posting it here you allow us to show it on this shop beside the product it is about, and to keep showing it. You can ask us to take it down.

Do not post a photograph you do not have the right to post, and do not post one of somebody who has not agreed to it.

The design studio

Designs generated in the design studio belong to Zaliana. That is the arrangement and it is stated on the studio itself, on the page where a design is generated, rather than only here.

What you get in exchange is that a design accepted into the gallery is shown with your name on it, and a design chosen as a week’s winner is produced, with the reward set out on the studio page. Submitting a design does not transfer anything you did not already give us by generating it, and it does not license anything of yours that you brought with you.

Do not describe somebody else’s protected work in a prompt. Every submission is checked for that before it is accepted, and one that fails the check is refused with the reason.

If we have got it wrong

If something on this shop infringes a right of yours, tell us what and where, with enough detail for us to find it and enough for us to believe the right is yours. We will look at it and take it down if it should not be here.
